Rating: - Buns of Steel
I remember this video from the first time I tried it. It was hard when I was in shape and it will be hard to re-visit it. I also remember trying it with a few hockey players and they could not finish it and they use their legs and glutes all the time. It was almost hillarious. I only remember this video as the most toning of all. You do not get out of breath, your legs singe. If you are looking for pure toning video not assocaited with hype and celebrity, this is the video for you. You gotta like the price as well.

Even though this tape is older the workout is excellent! I keep the remote control close by so that I can pause it when I need to. I recommend doing these exercises at your own pace, don't try to keep up with them. The results for me were felt more than seen for a long time and now they are also seen. Everything that was going south is now back in place and when I get out my routine my muscles will ache until I get back into it. If you want results over the long term, this is the tape to have.

This is my all time favorite video. I did this video, everyday in 2001 through 2003 with my best friend. While doing this video and walking three to five miles everyday, I was at my smallest ever being a size 4. Time marched on, as it does oh so well, and five years later I'm wearing a size 8 and wondering what happened! I pulled out my video last month and got busy. (I am so happy the tape and my VCR still work!) In one month I shed 9.5 inches and I'm comfortable in a size 6 again. I eat very healthy and also walk everyday. I would recommend this tape to anyone who wants to quickly reduce hips/saddle bags and waist. My legs also slimmed down alot. This tape will kick your butt!-- kick it right back into shape. I am very pleased with my results and will not go without this tape EVER again!

It took me almost two weeks to complete this workout completely but it's worth it. I've being doing it for three weeks and I can already see results. Don't get discouraged the first time you do it, it's rather hard for a beginner. Just keep the tape rolling and take breaks when you need to. If you stick with it, you will get results!

Good hip and bun workout, if you like being sore from a workout this'll do it. For me it really slims the hips more than the buns. Love Greg Smithey, he's hilarious. I'd give this 4 stars but the first side is always worked out more than the second side, in one case 10 min. on one side and 5 on the other. But I just switch which side I do first each time I do the workout. When I remember to. Well, now I do right side first on odd days of the month and left first on even.
