Took the UK plug in my carry-on bag, same interior pocket as cell phone. The cell phone survived without a scratch, but one of the prongs snapped off the plug somewhere between Dulles and London. Product is terrible. I will be seeking a refund.
Rating:  - Useless without a voltage reducer
The adapters are useless without a voltage reducer and I wish this would have been specified. To drag these all the way to Australia to learn that we needed to purchase a voltage reducer to avoid destroying our items was a disappointment.
Rating: - Not a converter
The fact that the product is called a "converter" led me to believe that it was a voltage converter. It is not. This is a deceptive marketing practice on the part of Lenmar. Don't be fooled. You will only get a set of adapters.
Rating: - Adaptor Yes...Converter No...
This is NOT a converter, just a bunch of adapters. That's why I purchased it, thinking that I didn't need something to convert the voltage. But it states clearly on the box that if the item I'm plugging in is not two way voltage ready not to use these. So if you are looking for adapters, this is the product for you, but if you need something to convert it, it's not. You'll have to buy a separate converter...which I had to do.
Rating:  - Cheap feel, but great quality!
At first glance, these plugs had a very cheap feel to them (which slightly worried me), but they ended up being great. I just got back from a month long trip to Europe (used the europe/UK plugs), and these plugs worked great. I had no problems whatsoever. For the price, you'd be crazy not to pick them up!
