The shoes are awesome, however customer service from this company is not the greatest! Tried several time to contact the company to no avail. I ordered to wrong size originally and needed to exchange for a bigger size, but could not get a response on the return policy. I ended up ordering another pair of shoes because I needed them for my daughters b-day party and the date was quickly approaching (she was dressed as Dorothy).
