I am not a boxer, but I needed a customizable interval timer for my Marathon training with the Galloway run-walk program. You can customize the workout(run) and rest(walk) intervals separately and the intervals automatically cycle an beeps at the end of every Workout & Rest cycle. Seller (Inventico) responded promptly to my email enquiry. The unit comes with a sturdy wirelike thingie which you will have to install (see my Customer Images)- I found that handy.
