Ok, when I reviewed the Optilife, I thought I had found the best CPAP interface yet, but that was before I tried this. This is SO much quieter than the original Swift, which was so loud it kept me awake. This is silent and comfortable, and gets 5 stars because you can adjust both which side you want the hose to attach to, as well as the angle of approach.
