I'm very pleased with this device because it does what it's supposed to - flush out your sinuses.
I've suffered with a almost total nasal congestion all my life, with associated fatigue, illness and sleep disturbance. This product has been an essential part of my recovery process.

Finally a product that works! I'm an active guy and I love outdoor sports (triathlon, running, mountain biking, hiking...), but sometimes my sinuses and allergies drive me CrAZy!!! I'v tried the less expensive Neti Pots but they did not work well for me at all. I got fed up with the Neti Pot and spent the exta money on the SINUPULSE, and it was the best investment I have made in a long time. If you have sinus or allergy problems, this product is PRICELESS!!

"The SinuPulse is far superior for my allergy and sinus symptoms than the use of a neti pot. Neti pots are simply for washing the nasal passages and I have found their effectiveness very limited but for $15.00 I guess you get what you pay for. When it comes to my health I want the best and the SinuPulse with its advanced features including the two sprays, adjustable pressure control, and pulsating technology is the best with no comparison at least for me. Rating:  - Not enough water pressure for oral irrigation.
I recently bought the SinuPulse Elite Advanced Nasal Sinus Irrigation System because I thought that I would get two great products in one machine. The water pressure for the nasal irrigation is fine; however, I find the same water pressure to be extremely low to irrigate out tonsil stones (even when set at the highest level). I purchased a SinuPulse after seeing an ENT specialist review various nasal irrigation devices and identified the SinuPulse as the most advanced nasal irrigation system available. I had been using a neti pot and nasal rinse bottle with limited success but wanted more. After a short use of the SinuPulse my sinus headaches were gone and the annoying post nasal drip I have had for years all but cleared up.
