Wow! I love this series. I have both DVD's beginner and advanced. If you are an at home excersizer and kickboxing is your thing this is a MUST for you. Boxing done right. Michael goes through EVERYTHING you need to know from hand wrapping, stance, and form. He shows you how to be the trainer and the trainee. It was like the light went off in my head.
