This was the first time I had to have Amazon send UPS to come get something (it is way too heavy to ship yourself). So even though overall Amazon does a great job, this hockey table was a disappointment.

Bought this for my 12 y.o. son. He loves to play air hockey. The box it came in was totally beat up. The person delivering it says the big packages often come like this and the products are often damaged. The game has a small nick in it, but it doesn't affect the playing. He said if we sent it back, the next one would probably come in the same condition or worse.
