When Canus Vermont decided to make skin care products for children, they took a different approach, starting with the specific pH of children's skin. They use their vegetable soap as a base and since fragrance can be an irritant to some children, their signature is lightly added. In addition to the gentle vegetable soap base, allantoin (from plant sources) and vitamin E were added for extra buffering.
