I gave this a 5 star rating since the issues I have with the lamp I believe are related to the use of the iPhone. The product literature does not claim this is compatible with the iPhone.
I purchased this lamp today from Best Buy. I have an iPhone 3G and was looking for something that could replace my lamp on my night stand, my alarm clock, charge my iPhone and it needed an aux OUT so I could plug in my headphones and leave them plugged in. This fits the bill!
