I received this dress and love it. I used a wider black belt with it and it took care of the bunching that some other reviewers had complained about. I love it. I am petite not much over five foot three but it fits very well. I would recommend it.

this dress fits very oddly- I'm not even sure how to wear it; with the ties positioned directly at around your belly button- you get a bubbley top shape and bottom shape; which just leaves you looking odd and out of porportion; and it is in no way slimming; I'm a size 4 and it made me look fat; For petite women this definitely isn't too short; What I liked and some may hate about it is the fabric is incredibly thin; Great color in the petrol blue but lighter and more teal then I expected. Rating: - Although very nice, I sent it back
I love the material for this dress and was excited to get it. But when it came it felt really short on me and the top is unpredictable. I only wore it for a few minutes and had to adjust it several times so that my bra straps wouldn't show. I guess you could fix that easily with a strapless bra. Also, it says dry clean only, but I wouldn't be afraid to wash it. Great material. I just was too uncomfortable in it so I sent it back.
