Rating: - better than a power tool
the ACE WEED CUTTER has it's drawbacks. it's unable to cut through truly heavy foliage and it can't be used effectively to trim weeds close to buildings or fences, but it's up for anything else. against heavy foliage, both the blade and the attachment to the handle WILL BEND.
