Rating: - Great cold pack, many uses
I've had my share of sporting injuries and a couple of years ago was in physical therapy for tendonitis in my wrist. The PT used cold, heat, and stretching during my treatments. They used packs similar to these ColPac models, so I bought a few to keep in my freezer. Since that time, I've been amazed at how much I use them. Works well on neck, rotator cuff, knee. Ok on back but, 11 x 14 works better. A great buy at 2 for about $30.
