Rating:  - Burning Effect, not Cooling effect!!
I read the reviews before purchasing and should have listened to the negative ones. I normally use Systane Long lasting eye drops. I should mention that I had Lasik surgery 2 years ago and so if you are looking for a drop with extra lubricant for that, I would stick with the Systane. This one is not bad for what it was designed for, however. The cooling effect felt more like a burning effect for me.

I have SEVERE red dry eyes, been to several eye doctors (Harvard graduate eye doctors, etc.) many times, prescription strength/herbal eye drops like restasis, steroid, homeopathic eye drops.. you name it, I used them all.. Nothing can compared with what Rohto V can do for you, not only get the red out and lubricate your eyes, it actually kinda heals your eyes by itself, sounds kinda kRaZziee but it does.

These eye drops were so awesome that I rambled on and on about it until my boyfriend decided to get a bottle himself. :) It seriously wakes u up. However, bad thing is...I think I might be addicted to these >.>

have been using rohto eye drops for sometime. my previous purchase was rohto zi. it works fine, until i discover rohto arctic which works even better and leave no residue.

Couple of these eyedrops in the morning wakes me right up! They burn a little at first but feel great a few moments later.
Be careful of the package of three from Amazon. That's what I ordered. They sent me one package. I called and complained and they said they would send me out the order again and for me to return the one package I rec'd. Of course, I got yet another package of one. They never got my order correct.
