I believe this vendor was very responsive to my desire to purchase this item. No b.s. and quick shopping and delivery. What else can one ask for?

First of all, the product is needlessly very noisy. But my main disappointment is in the mechanism by which the hand is inserted for use. Instead of wire springs, why not nylon/velcro straps. This would be much more effective and a lot more comfortable. I may very well try this myself. Nothing to loose because I find the product too uncomfortable in its grip mechanism to make it worth the subsequent demise of a warrenty!

Thid item is exactly what I had in mind. It arrived in the exact new condition as it was described in the ad. It is quiet and does a great job in relieving strssed, tense, muscles. In comparison with my old vintage massager, this unit appears to be very durable and I look forward to using it for a long time. Thanks for your fast, responsive delivery. Drjay.

The massager is top heavy and very heavy and will not stay on your hand. You will go nuts trying to keep the straps/massager secure on your hand.

This is the third one of these that I have owned. I left one in a motel room and one broke. I am glad that you started selling them because I could not find them any where else.
