I like my perfect pushups. I also think the cards are useful tools to keep it interesting. It's a great way to vary your pushup workouts and get more from your sessions.
Clearly explained with pictures and words - the cards give you a good way to keep moving forward as you improve your strength on the perfect pushup.

When I first heard about this product I was skeptical but then I decided to take a chance and buy it. When I got it I immediately started using it, and boy, it was one helluva workout. It was harder than a normal push-up but the twisting handle made the workout more challenging. The Perfect Pushup is excellent. I don't look like the guy in the picture yet though. I had to buy a second Perfect Pushup because my son wanted to take it back to school with him and my other son wanted to use it at home. Good stuff.
