Rating:  - I think it works a little
It might make the hair grow faster but it is hard to tell. I do not notice a difference in my nails or my skin.
I am only on my first month's supply so I'm going to keep taking it to see if there is any improvement.
Rating:  - Delivers as Promised but....
It will make your hair and nails grow faster and thicker. Also, I have noticed myself and other people have told me it helps with complexion--however this isn't universal. With daily use, you get results fast. Be warned though, the first few days it can give you gas and it makes ALL your hair thicker. As with anything containing Vitamin A be careful with prolonged use because Vitamin A contributes to loss of bone density over time.

Using this pills for about 4 years with excellent results. Hair, nails and skin grow better when using them.

I HAVE BEEN USING HAIR SKIN & NAIL VIATIMINS FOR THE PAST 3 MONTHS AND I THINK THERE GREAT. MY SKIN IS CLEAR, I DONT REALLY HAVE ANYMORE BREAK OUTS AND I CAN SEE THAT MY HAIR AND NAILS ARE GROWING! I WOULD RECOMMENED THEM TO ANYONE. THE ONLY NEGATIVE THING ABOUT THE VIATIMINS ARE THE ARE REALLY BIG AND U MUST TAKE 3 PILLS PER DAY.
