Rating:  - Use the CD-it's GREAT!
The pedometer is ok. I love the audio for a great, well paced 30 minute walk. I'm not a lunge fan, but it's only a couple of minutes and it's a great outdoor walk audio. If you hate the dance moves of the DVD's that claim they "walk away weight", get this, put on the pedometer and shoes and get out there!
I use it 2-3 times a week in rotation with other audios by Debbie and a Weight Watchers walking audio only available through Weight Watchers.
Rating:  - basic, functions moderatly well
I was very excited to get this, and it was fairly easy to set up, even if the directions are not clear. The door that covers the display is made of plastic, not very sturdy, and the door piece is what you use to clip it on your clothing. I'm amazed it hasn't broken, but so far is doing good....I was sure it would break but so far has not.
I never used the CD that came with it, so I cannot review that.

Product was received very quickly and packaged very well. The CD is very informative and helpful. Pedometer is great. Haven't programmed it yet or used it yet, but I am very pleased with this purchase.
