My wife only used a couple pieces for a couple of days and managed to quit. (She was a light smoker.) It was so quick I'm not sure what effect the gum actually had. She didn't like the tingling feeling it caused in her throat but the flavor was fine. She said it was strange training herself to put the gum in her cheek rather than continuously chewing it but she adapted. I'm going to give the remainder to another friend to see if these help and I can get more feedback. I'll post more info later...
