Over the last month, my eyes had become progressively more red and itchy, until the redness and itching became almost unbearable. My eyes were itchy, BRIGHT red, and constantly tearing. I tried oral antihistamines, NSAIDS (ibuprofen, naproxen), and every other kind of OTC eye drop (anti-redness, seasonal anti-itch/redness, lubricant eye drops) to little avail.
