Mascara in as pure a formula as you can buy. Based on clay and iron oxides, we leave out the lacquer, shellac and alcohol. This mascara wraps around and lengthens lashes to their longest.. It's water resistant, but not waterproof. Gentle, easily removed. Excellent for sensitive eyes.

My eyes looked so sexy with this mascara, I was pleasantly suprised that an eco-friendly product could look so good. My eyes are sensitive and I have not had any irritation with this mascara.
Rating: - The best vegan mascara out there
I have long eyelashes that are medium brown at the base and blond at the tips, and Ecco Bella's black mascara really adds body to them while still looking very natural. It does an equal job of volumizing and lengthening. I use it every day and have had no problems with running or irritation of any kind. Mascera goes on smooth, not clunky, and looks great. I would make this my main mascera.
