Editorial Review:

Product Description:
The Yakima® King Joe 3-bike trunk rack has thick padded and buckled feet to protect your car's paint job. The integrated StableCradles hold bikes firmly in place, and the Quick Trigger Hub System makes installation a snap.

Amazon.com Product Description:
Compatible with the broadest range of vehicles of any Yakima bike rack, the Yakima KingJoe 3 fits up to three bikes on the trunk of your sedan. The KingJoe 3 is equipped with a quick-trigger hub system that makes installation a snap, along with a six-strap array that holds your bikes securely in place--even if your car has a spoiler. Plus, the unit's premium tri-padded feet and metal buckles are expressly designed to protect your car's paint job. And thanks to the narrow arm design, the KingJoe 3 holds a variety of different bikes, from cruisers to mountain bikes. Other details include folding arms that make storage easy; glass hatch hooks to accommodate glass trunk or gate mounts; and integrated StableCradles for maximum stability.

Average Rating: out of 5 stars

Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - Scion xB Perfect Fit
This fits my Scion xB perfectly, it is a very challenging vehicle design (think box), and I didn't want to go with a roof rack. Putting a dirty mountain bike on the roof of my (nice paint job) car just hurts.

The only con for this rack is that there is really no way to lock it to your car. If someone unhooks the straps they can take your rack and bike (with the bike locked to the rack).

Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - Haven't used much, but that's not the rack's fault!
Works great and is easy to put on and take off. Exactly what is needed.
