i dont think you can get a bad yoga block, but i didnt get the color i asked for. no big deal. it came quick though so that was nice.

This product works well. It slightly flexes to hold you in the correct position. And it has had no problems with 300 pounds.

I love these blocks! I have limited range of motion when bending over or going into the childs pose and these help a lot. They don't move around however I press or lean on them, I can sit on them on not make a dent and they give support when bending over. The best thing is they weigh next to nothing but give me all that I need to exercise.
