Product works fine,and was an easy install.For the money,it's a very good deal.Why buy a $200.00 unit when this one works fine? Snob appeal means nothing when taking a shower !

Unit has a nice long hose and the pulse setting does a great job with my neck pain. Unfortunately, it causes significantly lower water pressure compared to my old unit.

I have two of them and they work great. Don't forget to use the gaskets. You will need tools to make it tight so it doesn't leak. Looks great!

While this showerhead looks great in the pictures, it's a huge disappointment. Packaging was poor, and the flimsy plastic hose was bent and pinched in the packaging very badly in two places. I thought it is probably torn in those places that were pinched, but fortunately there were no leak. And yes, that's a plastic hose painted with silver to make it look like a quality metallic hose. Rating:  - weak pressure
My nearly twenty year old water-pic sprung a leak, so we purchased this to replace it. The lack of water pressure makes it useless for removing shampoo from my hair. My husband doesn't feel that it washes away soap adequately either. I would not recommend this product. We're returning ours and will continue to search for an acceptable shower head.
