i've owned a knife like this for years, it's like a third hand. drill,sissors,pliers,3 screw drivers,tweezers,toothpick,can/bottle openers,all you need for basic survival,couldn't manage without it.

This is an excelent tool, no two ways about it. I first got a Victorinox knife from the retail store I work at. I loved that one. So, when I thought I lost it I went on Amazon to search for a viable replacement. The thing I like about Victorinox knives is their simple but solid construction. I own lots of SAKs, but the Deluxe Tinker is my favorite. I carry it on a nearly daily basis. For me, the tools on it are the perfect combination--enough tools to handle most tasks, but not so many that you are carrying items you don't need. The pliers are precise and tough, and the blades are Yowee! sharp. Though I love my SwissChamp, there are tools on it I've never used. (How many fish does one scale in an average day?) Exactly what I wanted, Everyone should own one of these.
Dimensions(because they never give you enough of these)
3.5" long, 13/16"(just over 3/4")wide, pliar is 1/8" wide, & 2 3/4" long.
This is a great tool, I owned the feildmaster model & like it very much but wanted one with a pliar, and this one fits the build. It is slightly wider than the fieldmaster, but is not too bulky or bothersome.
