Ignore the one star. I would have loved to love this product but unfortunately, it never arrived. I was very disappointed because I wasn't able to find anything like it on the internet or in the stores and it looked like it would be exactly what I wanted. Thankfully, Amazon was very quick to credit my account once I complained that I had been billed but never received the product.

it's very easy to keep in the freezer and grab it when you need it, i wont be taking the time to get a small cooler together if i need to leave the house for a few hours. It does stay cold for about 8hours on an average 75 F day if you dont let it sit in the sun. very happy with it, especially for the price

i purchased this product to go to flordia and i was overall stasified it did not keep as cold as i thought it says 8 to 12 hours but i think in flordia temps in august it is more like 5 to 8 hours instead but it did help us to stay at universal studios all morning then break in afternoon refreeze the pack then go out at night
