It took a long time to get this product. The cost savings were worth it though, but because the shipping and communications were not good, I give this vendor only 4 stars.
I started to take magnesium when I had heart palpitations and the Emergency Room blood work tests indicated that I had low magnesium. I have not had blood work since, but taking it seems to have made a difference. I have not had any palpitations since I started taking this.

I have been using this product for several years under a doctors recomendation and supervision.It is an excellent product for my needs.When I discovered the price difference and ease of ordering through amazon and the fact that it was always in stock,I switched sellers.
Rating: - A little problem
My doctor recommended this product. My only complaint is that when I put it with my other medications in the pill minder it exudes a liquid that makes my other pills gooey. Of course, I put the Slow-Mag in a separate container now, but wonder why it had that unpleasant effect.
