I love these cute purple hand weights! They are very easy to carry and provide just enough weight to help build those arms while walking. Especially for beginners.
When it's really, **really** hot and HUMID out, they are a bit slippery and difficult to hang on to, but certainly better than those weights without the Neoprene coating. I highly recommend these little purple pills. =)

These weights are a great value for the money. My only complaint is that they get slippery toward the end of my workout. I'm constantly wiping my hands in the middle between sets. Gloves might be the answer to my problem but wanted to share it anyway.

I bought these weights to help me with my veins. I have really deep veins and it's very hard when I have to do test for the nurses to find a vein. Someone recommended to me to get some weights and work my arms a few times a week and it would help with my veins. I think these weights are perfect for what I do.
