This was not a new purchase. We keep Tylenol Sinus in the house, so that pretty much tells you that we are happy with the product. It was the price and the Subscribe & Save program that convinced me to buy it through Amazon. It has been a very convenient purchase, and a money saver.
Rating:  - Tylenol Sinus is a Combination of 3 Medications.
This version of Tylenol has Acetaminophen (325 mg) for pain, Guaifenesin (200 mg), to loosen mucous phlem, and Phenylephrine HCl (5 mg) to widen stuffy nasal passageways. Unfortunately, the phenylephrine also causes some people to become "jittery" and may cause sleeplessness.
The usual dose of Tylenol is 650 mg every 4-6 hours. It also comes in an extra strength version (500 mg dose). The maximal daily dose is 3,600 mg.
