These yoga blocks are comfortable and lightweight and essential to your yoga practice. If you are new to yoga and not familiar with using blocks, they seem a bit extraneous at first (at least they did to me). But, once you get into doing more poses and using them as recommended, you will get a lot more out of your practice.

The product arrived in adequate time and in good condition. I was a little surprised when I opened the package though. Per the discription that was listed with the product, this looked like it was going to be a set of yoga blocks. When I opened the package it was only one. Had I known that it was just one block instead of multiple I would have bought it at the local Target. So if you are looking to only get one. These blocks are the perfect size for use in yoga for me.
They are easy to move and position and comfortable and a definate help for poses. Good price too.
