I ordered the Spiral Lift Knee Support and the wrong item was sent. The item sent was Futuro Spiral Lift Knee Support, Medium, 1 support (Pack of 3). If a product is not available it should be pulled from the website, not filled with a product that does not provide the anticipated support.

When I was in Vancouver last year, I bought a Futuro spiral lift knee support. Because I loved the performance, I ordered it as soon as it became available on Amazon. But the product I received was neither what was pictured nor what I expected. I thought it was too much trouble to return it, so I've used it, but it does not provide as much support as the model I had previously tried.

I was looking for the Futuro Spiral Lift Knee Support as pictured in the decription. I ended up with the Futuro Comfort Knee Lift support which is not the same thing. It does not have the ALS support and as a result it was returned. I think Futuro does not make the spiral lift any more. This is unfortunate because it was a very good product.
