Rating: - fast way to a matte finish, and fixes uneven-ness, too!
So--you've just finished your table with a gloss varnish. Gloss varnishes are generally more durable than mattes, and some varnishes are only available in a gloss anyway. But--for your taste, it's too shiny. What to do? You can spend hours hand-sanding with a steel or specialty non-steel wool. Or, you can spend 20 minutes with an Abralon pad and your sander.
