I have to say that this is the best thing that happened to our family. With my first son, we had the witching hour every night at 8pm. He screamed and screamed and screamed. Nothing worked. We plied him with Mylicon with no results. I went off all dairy products in an effort to ease his tummy aches from the dairy in my diet. I bought this because my 1 week old daughter would wake up out of her sleep screaming. Soon after I would hear the loudest gas rumble throughout her belly, fart, or poop and she would be fine until the urge came again. I tried this before my child was diagnosed with reflux, it didn't work but I was told by friends it works for their children. If it doesn't help your fussy child after 4 months, check with a pediatric GI doctor, they can prescribe something stronger.
