I'm pretty picky about my BBQ, and the sauce has to be just right as well. I had been looking for a BBQ sauce that added great flavor, but didn't overpower the taste of the meat. I spent good time smoking that meat, I want to taste it! I just lucked out trying a bottle of the Carolina Sweet from the supermarket. It is thinner than most store sauces.
