I am gratefully surprised how this little strap indeed keeps my knee from tweaking out.
Rating:  - Not just for women
My boyfriend was reluctant to try this product because it's "made for women" but he's found it to be the most comfortable knee support he's ever tried. He's slender but tall (5'11'') and this fits him fine.
He's an avid tennis player and this allows him to play on the hard courts without near as many problems as he used to have with his knees. He's also started taking the Osteo-BiFlex and that's helping a lot, too!!

Really, I would give this four and a half stars, just because there are no instructions. I put it on the way it is shown in the photo (as much as I can see) and it seems to work fine. I run/walk 3-4 miles per day and my knee felt like it had bee stingers in it at the end of the day, I couldn't pull my knee all the way under my thigh.
