Rating: 1 out of 5 stars - BEWARE
My wife purchased an avanti cooler for my birthday 18 months ago. It was a bit noisy but worked. However, it stopped working so we called because it came with a two year warranty. However, when you call the company they say it isn't under warranty and wish you luck. Rating: 2 out of 5 stars - Noisy (and poorly packaged)
I had two problems with this unit.

Also, it has a potent plastic smell when opened. ... Read More

Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - Wine chiller
Quiet, unobtrusive. Keeps the wine at a constant temperature. What's not to like. Now I understand why they say to keep red wines at 60 to 65 degrees. Really brings out the flavor.
