I actually prefer the taste over "normal" pasta. What else can you ask for - healthier and tastier. Now I don't feel as guilty smothering it with Alfredo sauce...

I like all the Dreamfields pasta, but the linguine are my favorite. I eat low-carb but I love pasta, and good low-carb pasta is hard to find. But here it is! Great flavor, wonderful texture, totally easy. Even if you warm up leftovers in the microwave, they'll still be al dente if you didn't overcook them in the first place. I can't wait until these are again available from Amazon (free shipping)!

I am on a low carb diet and this is great stuff. I can't say enough about this product, it is great!!! I tell my husband (he loves it too!) that it tastes just like regular pasta you can't tell the difference. I recommend this pasta to everyone!!!

Fabulous. You'd never know how high in fiber these are. Taste spectacular and the high fiber lowers the Weight Watcher points, if you follow that program. Definitely will buy again!
