Considering the dry climate in California, I have always been plagued with dry sinuses. This spray, if used daily, can really help fix the dry sinus problem. I use it before bed and have great results with a better nights sleep!

This is a great product! I wish it was easier to get. I use saline as one of my favorite ways to help my allergies. I hate taking the medications that dry me out and make me feel weird. This product is wonderful and natural. I use plain saline as well, but when my allergies are acting up I use this product because it makes me sinuses feel open. I can't believe how hard it is to find. Thank goodness Amazon sells it.

Excellent stuff. Helps moisturize nasal passages with the saline and soothes with a hint of menthol. Great for people with high blood pressure who can't use sprays or drops containing ephedriene, epinephrin, other vaso-constrictors.

This stuff is YUKKY!!
I have I viral infection and was told by my doctor to use this stuff and it does not feel good!
I cannot tell a differance in snot reduction or easier breathing, however it does make my throat sore when I wake up in the morning.
It tastes like crying.
