Rating: - Good Stuff, I recommend 'em and have been using 'em for years.
These are a good way to fill the holes that show up in the increasingly lacking diets that all fast paced, first world countries are seeing more of each year. A supplement can't do everything but it does help (depending on which research you read) and though these pills are not the equivalent of all the fruits, veggies, vitamins and minerals you should be taking in every day, they do help take up some of the slack. These vitamins are not exactly the best one a day out there. You will not even notice the difference between taking and not taking them. It will not improve your immune system, and you will find you have to take other supplements to make up the difference until you finish the bottle and purchase something better.
