My husband loves this product for his indigestion. I can never find it in the stores here in Alaska. This product does not have aspirin in it.
Rating:  - Short Expiration Date
This is a lot of Alka Seltzer to use up by the very short time to the expiration date of the boxes when I received them. Unless you are using it daily, shop elsewhere.

I have Toxic Encephalopathy and use Alka-Seltzer Gold as a means to reducing my reactions from exposures to everyday chemicals. It works quickly to neutralize the acids in my body. It's economical, fast and effective! It's also aspirin free. I was thrilled to find it on Amazon because it's hard to find in stores.

When I can't resist some spicy foods (which I love) and my reflux medication can't handle the result of my indulgence, Alka Seltzer Gold helps!!!
And I don't feel quite so guilty using it because it does not have so much sodium.

Rating: - Good stuff
I have food sensitivities, and occasionally feel pretty crummy. Alkaseltzer-Gold takes care of me better than any product I've found. (Years ago, an allergy specialist formulated "alkalai salts" - made with sodium bicarbonate AND potassium bicarbonate like AG.)
I have not been able to find this product in stores, so was DELIGHTED to find it available on Amazon.com. THANK YOU!
