I gave this one star because I have not ordered it yet. I needed more info before making a purchase decision--Amazon seems to be slacking in this area on a lot of their listings lately. I was not interrested in purchasing a battery operated backrest.
I found this product info on another website that may be helpful to others evaluating this product for purchase: Includes an AC adapter and a car adapter that plugs into 12 volt vehicle cigarette lighters.

I had a problem with my Sciatic Nerve and my truck did not have enough support for my lumbar. I couldn't drive more than 10 minutes without being in agony. With the Orbus, I now have adjustable lumbar support, I can apply heat, and it can massage my upper and lower back. I just finished a trip of 4000 miles in my truck and had no problems at all with my back or Sciatic.
