Rating: - Do yourself a favor.....
Don't purchase it!!!! The directions doesn't thoroughly explain how to use the software. 800 number won't give an option to speak to a customer service rep to answer questions about the software; only to answer questions about recent orders. I should've listened to the reviews before wasting my money on it. My hubby always say "Buy cheap, Buy twice!!" It's so true today. :(

This product looks very interesting and I am planning to buy, but in god's name it does not say anything about what one needs to buy additionally to make it multi-use or it is multiuser and if it is multiuser as it says , does it include licenses and how for many users ?
Do not understand, why the company is keeping the info. in suspense and not clarifying it. I see that the manufacturer is expecting a potential buyer to contact the company to clarify it.

Rating:  - It's okay for the price
This software is okay for the price. I have found that it is a bit difficult to use however and the instructions don't really help for you to figure out what you don't understand about it. But I can't complain considering what I paid for the program when other management software costs hundreds of dollars in comparison. Small business Pro can not process or print the payroll, this needs to be corrected. If the Software firm makes the needed changes, it would be a well rounded program.
