Low glare lighting for garden landscaping or to outline a walk or steps, the Malibu LX58720P low voltage lighting kit is a great DIY project. The kit includes 14 tier lights and 6 Zoom Floodlights, which can be changed to spot lights with a turn of the wrist. The fixtures can be arranged in any pattern along the 100 feet of cable included with the kit. Each 12-volt 4-watt fixture is attached to the cable with a quick clamp system, which also allows for additional fixtures to be added as needed. My only complaint could be too many lights? I didn't use them all. This set is great, effective as landscape or security lighting. Simple to use with a fool proof on/off timer. Very economical. Nice weather proof design. A bargain!

These lights work great and are a great price. However, with this many lights, it really should come with a higher voltage power pack and more cable. To keep the lights spread out at a decent distance from each other, I wound up adding an additional 100 feet of cable. After adding that, they were too dim. So I had to purchase a second power pack and split the load up. Of course, I was using them as a lawn perimeter. I suppose if you were placing them as just pathway lights, having each light ... This set was SO EASY to put in and it all looks great. The connections are so much easier than the set I purchased somewhere else prior to this one and had to return it because it was a big pain in the neck to get working! Great buy! Can't go wrong.

After reading the reviews I wasn't sure if I should order this light set. However, the price is fantastic and I have heard good things about Malibu from other websites so I gave it a try. The lights arrived yesterday in a very nice box. I was happy to find the parts all organized and packed with care. I set up an assembly line on my patio and put all of the tier lights and flood lights together within an hour. A lot of lights for the money. Fairly simple to assemble. I would have given them five stars if they would have been easier to build and connect.
