Editorial Review:
Amazon.com Product Description: The ingenious Toro ratcheting pruner allows for easy cutting with the least amount of effort. It's ideal for cutting roses and dead branch material, because the strong aluminum die-cast body gives the pruner extra strength while the ergonomically shaped handles with TPR (thermo plastic rubber) inserts provide extra cushioning and a non-slip grip. The blade is made from high carbon steel and has a non-stick coating for top cutting performance and a long lasting cutting edge. It also has patented center oiler bolt technology for ease of maintenance of the tool, allowing for continuous lubrication during operation. This Ratcheting Pruner can cut up to 7/8-inches and has a lifetime warranty.

Rating: - great little pruners
this tool is dependable and although I have only used it on small project it performs well.

Compared to other ratcheting pruners, these are light, comfortable ... Read More
Rating: - OK for light pruning
I found these pruners fine for light pruning and dead heading. They are mildly disappointing as some very small tasks take two or more clips to make the cut. Still they are lightweight and comfortable to use. Considering the price, I am satisfied with them.
