Biomorphic Fit™ upper offers enhanced upper fit and comfort while decreasing the potential for irritation. Solyte midsole material is lighter than standard EVA and SpEVA® combined with improved cushioning and durability. Impact Guidance System (I.G.S.®) uses linked componentry to encourage optimal gait while allowing for natural foot movement from heel strike to toe off. DuoMax® support system helps ensure that the shoe maintains proper support for the foot during the critical transition from heel strike to toe off. Space Trusstic® System creates a pocket between the Trusstic® System device and the midsole, allowing for greater midsole deformation and more efficient foot function. Asics are better than all other running shoes. Goes perfect to me. I`m 5,3 tall and 220 weight. I have no pain at all at my knees, toes, legs.
Rating: - Ran my first marathon with these
I just started running about 6 weeks ago for my first marathon. I had different brands of shoes for training, and on the long runs (over 10 miles) i had a few problems, including blisters, and sore heals. I ordered these shoes and only had one week to train with them. I ran 10 miles and my feet felt fine so i chose these shoes to run my first marathon in. Like others I have found the family of Kel Gayano running shoes superb - offfering comfort, stabilty and control in a way that other shoes have not. I've had them from version X to version XIII for the last 3 years. Previously I was having knee problems (what runner hasn't) and metatarsal problems , controlled somewhat by orthotics. Until Kel Gayano howvever i had to limit my runs to less than an horu, infrequently. Now I easily pack in 2 hour runs 4 times a week or more.

Best running shoe out there. No matter what type of runner you are. Buy online and $ave. These shoes are worth it, they will out last midrange shoes. No other shoe has the fit and support.
