I bought this product for my toddler. I take omega supplements myself in capsule form and am happy with it, but I wanted something for her. I am sure her diet is lacking in omega fatty acids, even though I try to force as much salmon as I humanly can upon her. I found this supplement and thought I'd give it a try. It comes like a ketchup packet you tear open and squeeze. I keep it in the fridge, and squeeze it onto a spoon for my daughter. It's a bright orange color and the taste is evidently pleasing ... Rating:  - Great way to get the benefits of fish oil
Before using the product I was concerned that it wouldn't taste good to my child. It is fish oil after all. But, my two-year old son loves it. I tasted it too and would never know it's fish oil. Surprising. I treat it as a part of dessert and call it orange pudding. What a great supplement.

I take these cause omega 3 oils help you sleep, and it lowers cholesterol. It's so delicious to.
