There were two things that pleasantly surprised me about this product. One was the weight. It is very solid, which makes me feel really secure when using it for even the most challenging balancing exercises. The second was the feel of it. It has an outside texture that feels like the softest suede. I was extremely pleased with this product.
Rating: - Best block I've used
If you've only used foam blocks, then you're in for a real treat when you try a cork block. It provides a firm, stable platform, which feels like you're hand is actually on the floor, so you can concentrate on your pose. I've been using this Hugger Mugger block for about a month and couldn't be happier with the quality.
Rating:  - Nice, but a little heavy
I wanted yoga blocks that are good for the environment, and these were the ones I ordered. They serve their purpose very well, but they are heavy. I wouldn't recommend them for taking to class--better used at home in your own yoga studio. I wouldn't want to carry them around.

I've used this block for over a month. I definitely like it a lot. It feel solid, sturdy and just the right size with round corners.
Rating: - My favorite blocks
These blocks are great for yoga. The cork is my favorite material - firm and solid like wood, but without hard edges and not slippery on a wood floor, like the best attributes of a foam block. The only drawback is that they are heavy; foam blocks are better if you're traveling with them and need to carry your bags.
