I ran my 4 separate monster xp speaker wires along where the ceiling and the wall meet. Then I put my crown moulding over it. It help keep everything together and made it easy to put up 5.25 inch moulding over it without the wires all over the place! In one direction there are 4 wires that fit nice in the channel and in the other direction I ran the CAT5e, Coaxial Cable and Phone line to the dining area. Very easy to use and cut.
