A year or so ago, I fell victim to the harshest stomach problems I've ever experienced. It was so painful that I had to sleep upright in a recliner. Rating: - Great for Travel
I use these successfully for travel in countries where the food or water is suspect. My daughter and I used them for two and a half weeks in India and never had any stomach problems - I believe the theory is that loading up your gut with "good" bacteria leaves little room for the bad stuff.
