I have several of these installed in customer machines.
Not much to say -- they have worked flawlessly from word go. Documentation is a little sketchy and once you are through it and up and running I have not had *any* issues with these cards.

Spent several days trying to make a no name RAID board bought on Ebay work without success. This one went in with no trouble and I was up and runing within 15 minutes
Rating: - Works with Vista
Searched high and low for a PCI based SATA card that would definitively work with Vista. Though the Promise site doesn't make it entirely clear, this card works under Vista with the newest Windows driver available there. I'm quite pleased with the performance as well, though I haven't set it up for a RAID configuration.
EDIT: I've recently discovered that this card does NOT work with my eSATA (external SATA) drive. This isn't a problem for me as the PC in question has SATA connectors ... Read More
